Another hot trend this fall is pairing chunky sweaters with mini-skirts. The trend is particularly great in LA, when the temperature is hot during the day but gets cooler at night. This fun sweater by Nordstrom B.P. is so comfy and it’s less than $30! I paired it with a mini-suede skirt by BlankNYC that comes in two different colors. Completing the look are these brown, over-the-knee suede boots from Steve Madden – which I will now be wearing everyday because they go with everything! Unfortunately, they have sold out of these amazing boots at Nordstrom, but, I’ll let you in on a secret…they’re still available at Zappos!
Another skirt I HAD to have this fall is this tiered, floral mini from Ulla Johnson. It is super feminine but you can add some OTK boots to give it an edge. I paired it with this cozy, light-pink sweater from GAP. I don’t know what it is but I have been all about the light pinks and blush tones lately!
Both of these outfits would be great for Thanksgiving but I will posting even more “turkey day” inspo next week!
