I cannot believe it is almost Thanksgiving! My boyfriend and I are leaving Wednesday to visit my parents in Kansas for the holiday – there’s no place like home! While I am so excited to overindulge on turkey, stuffing and pumpkin pie I definitely want to look good doing it, right? Maybe it’s just me, but I always tend to wear “browns” for Thanksgiving and “blacks and reds” for Christmas! Anyway, one of my favorite looks for turkey day this year is this gorgeous, fur vest by BB Dakota paired over the softest, sweater dress from Ayni. The vest will definitely help hide all that turkey and keep you plenty warm. As mentioned in an earlier post, I am obsessed with these brown Steve Madden. The block heel makes the boots easy to walk in and the brown suede allows the boots to be dressed up or dressed down.

This second, feminine look is perfect if you are spending the holidays somewhere warmer. The floral blouse from Ulla Johnson has ties in the waist that you can cinch to accentuate your figure. Of course it can also be worn loose for added comfort! I paired the blouse with a burgundy, suede skirt from BlankNYC that also looks great with tights and a sweater if you are somewhere colder.

The third look is seriously the coziest sweater ever from Free People! I wear it around the house in sweats all the time! However, to make it more holiday appropriate I paired it with a brass choker from Free People and these rust pants from Baldwin. Baldwin is a brand very near to my heart because it was started in my hometown of Leawood, Kansas. You must check them out!

Lastly, I am loving this blush, mini dress from Free People. The blush color is gorgeous and the cinched waist is very flattering for all body types. I paired the dress with my Steve Madden boots (shocker) but the dress would also look super chic with grey OTK boots.

I am having a hard time deciding which outfit I will wear because I think they’re all so great! Shop my exact look below and some great duplicates! I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday 🙂
