Holiday lace is an absolute must this season and this black, lace top from Alice + Oliviais perfect for multiple occasions. Pair it with a simple, pencil skirt for the office Christmas party or dress it up with this adorable black and white mini by Alice + Olivia for an edgier look. Unfortunately, Banana Republic no longer sells the skirt I am wearing in the picture but I have linked similar skirts below!
Sam Edelman, in my opinion, makes the most comfortable shoes and my ankle-strap pair is less than $100! However, to complement a mini skirt I definitely recommend a black OTK boot or some lace-up heels like the ones I have linked below.
